We are raising money from accredited investors to fund the Woodruff Prospect, a combination drilling plus 2D seismic acquisition project in the newly discovered Woodruff Helium Field located in the Holbrook Basin of eastern Arizona, known locally as "the Saudia Arabia of helium".
Recent well completions in the Woodruff, AZ vicinity have been so impressive (testing up to 25,000,000 cubic feet of gas per day), they have made this particular corner of the Holbrook Basin the hottest area for helium exploration in the world.
Across the Holbrook Basin, helium wells average 8.5% helium concentration per well compared to the historic natural gas fields of Kansas, Texas, and Wyoming which produce helium as a byproduct of natural gas that average 1.5% helium per well.
